Real Madrid forward, Gareth Bale, has suffered a minor muscle discomfort during training and is unlikely to play in tomorrow's Champions League match against CSKA Moscow.

Bale was forced off in the second half of Saturday's La Liga match against Sevilla with a hamstring injury. The Welshman was replaced by Karim Benzema, who scored the winner for Real Madrid.

However, he returned to full fitness and trained on his own today, which suggests that he will be fit for Sunday's game against CSKA Moscow.

In a statement released by Real Madrid, the club confirmed that Bale had sustained a muscle strain during training. They also stated that there were no serious issues and that the player would not face any further examinations or tests.

The injury comes at a crucial time for Real Madrid as they look to defend their Champions League title. Bale has been one of the club's most important players this season, scoring 11 goals and providing six assists in 28 matches.

With the tournament starting on Tuesday, Real Madrid will now have to find a way to cope without their star striker. However, manager Zinedine Zidane is confident that the team can manage without Bale and still compete at the highest level.

It remains to be seen how long Bale will be out for, but given his track record of recovering quickly from injuries, it is likely that he will return to action soon. For now, Real Madrid will continue to rely on their other forwards, including Benzema and Lucas Vazquez, to provide support in attack.
